🍽️食譜 – 車厘茄筆尖冷麵
材料(一人份量)
青豆筆尖粉 80g
車厘茄 5 粒
鹽 適量
黑椒 3g
羅勒 適量
水牛芝士 5-6粒g
橄欖油 50 g
蒜 2 瓣
做法

把車厘茄切半放入碗內,用橄欖油、鹽及黑椒醃10-20分鐘。

煮一鍋熱水,放入青豆筆尖粉8分鐘,熟後用冷水沖洗並瀝乾水份。

用攪拌器拌勻剩餘材料至順滑。

在青豆筆尖上加入車厘茄、水牛芝士和青醬即可。
